One Year Blogiversary Celebration

I'm excited to be celebrating my 1st Blogiversary/TpT anniversary.  Wow, it's hard to believe that one year has already flown by.  Last February I was in somewhat of a rut and needed an outlet to channel my creative energy into.  I started to dabble in the social media side of teaching and was amazed at all the love and support that was out there.  That is when I decided to take the plunge and start my own blog and TpT store and I've never looked back.  I am thankful each and every day for the connections and friendships I have formed from this adventure.  Teaching is hard, and it's nice to be able to reach out to people who understand what you do and just get it.  Not to mention, I have learned so many valuable ideas and lessons to use in my classroom.  I am a better teacher because of this adventure.   This teaching community it pretty amazing and I feel honored to be apart of it.

One of the biggest blessings of this whole adventure has been finding my #bloggingbestie.  Jayme from TeachTalkInspire is such an inspiration and a wonderful person inside and out.  She has been a supportive and caring friend, both professionally and personally.  My one wish would be that we lived closer so we could actually hang out in person.

When we realized that we were celebrating our one year anniversary around the same time we decided to join forces to combine the celebration.  Be sure to enter the rafflecopters below for a chance to win some great prizes.  Let the celebrating begin.

Prize #1

Who doesn't love a Target gift card?!  Meandering down the aisles of Target is one of my favorite things to do and I know I'm not alone.  This gift card will definitely come in handy especially towards the end of the school year.

When Jayme and I started talking about our celebration we threw out the idea of asking fellow teacher friends to help us celebrate.  We were BLOWN away by the love and support and all the responses.  A BIG thank you goes to all these wonderful bloggers/TPT creators for generously donating a product for our giveaway.  We have over 40 TpT products from talented teachers bundled together for you.

March Currently

I feel like every start of the month I start with the same line, but I really can't believe it is a new month already.  Time is flying and I wouldn't mind if it slowed down just a smidge.

Unfortunately I have no control over that, and nonetheless I am excited it is the first of the month and time for one of my favorite link ups with Oh Boy It's Farly.  Last month got away from me and I never had a chance to link up for February so I didn't have a chance to gush about how much I love her new blog design.  If you haven't seen it be sure to click the link and check it out, I love it!

Listening: As I type my post I have Vanderpump Rules on in the background.  It is one of my guilty pleasures.  I can't help but get sucked into the drama and after a long day at work it's fun to kick my feet up and watch away.  Definitely a hot mess express!

Loving: Just within the past few weeks I have been feeling Baby Schuda kick and it is the best feeling in the world.  I can't get enough.  The road to Baby Schuda was a bit bumpy and I feel so blessed to finally be able to feel his or hers sweet little kicks.  It just makes my heart happy.  Unfortunately my Hubby is starting to get a complex because whenever the Baby is moving and he puts his hand on my belly he/she tends to stop.  I'm hoping he will be able to feel it more and more as the weeks go on.  :)

Thinking: It has been awhile since I wandered the aisles of Target and I think a trip is in my  near future.  I can't wait to see all the spring things.

Wanting: March is one of my favorite months. I love everything green, I love St. Patrick's Day, I love that spring is near.  One of my many traditions of March is having one several shamrock shakes.

Needing: I feel like I need some Vitamin D.  The Hubby and I are tossing around a few ideas for spring break for a Baby Moon and I'm really hoping that we go where there are palm trees and sunshine.

Polling Site: I'm lucky that my polling site is at our Village Hall.  The school I teach at is a polling place and when we have students in school it always makes me nervous.  Luckily they try to schedule our School Improvement Days on the same day as voting day to eliminate the stranger danger threat.

Well, that wraps up my March Currently.

Thanks for stopping by.

I hope your month is great and everyone has a wonderful and much needed restful spring break!
