Tell all Tuesday: 2 Truths and a Lie

My friend Jayme from Teach, Talk, Inspire and I are excited to start a Weekly Linky Party called "Tell all Tuesday".  We thought it would be a fun way to celebrate summer and get to know a little more about everyone.  Each week the topic will change.  Our hope is that others will join in on the fun!

Welcome to our first Tell All Tuesday!  This week is Two Truths and Lie: All About Me!

With summer approaching, now is a perfect time to get to know each other!  There are so many new bloggers on the scene.  Why not put a little spin on it?!  Let's get to know each other by playing "Two Truths and a Lie!" In your blog post tell us three "facts" about yourself.  Make 2 of them true and one a lie.  In the comment section your readers will guess which ones are true and which ones are not.  After three days, come back and tell us which one was the lie!  We can't wait to play along with you and learn something new about our readers and fellow bloggers!

Here's how to join in on the fun:
1. Grab the picture and banner above and use it to link back to this post on your blog.
2. Write a post about the topic of the week.
This week is: Two Truths and a Lie: All about Me!
3. Add your link below.
4. Advertise your post using any social media of your choice.

Two Truths and a Lie: All About Me

1. The summer before my senior year of college I studied abroad.  We went to London, Munich Germany, and Austria.  It was one of my favorite memories of college and I cannot wait to go back to Europe one day.  The next two places I can't wait to travel to are Italy and Greece.

2. I have only taught Kindergarten.  I was able to get a job right out of college and have been in this grade level ever since.

3.  I have this need to always be on time for everything.  When I was in high school my band teacher taught us, "Early is on time, and On time is late." That motto has stuck with me and I get incredibly nervous if I am going to be late or I feel rushed.  I am a morning person so I am usually one of the first people to get to school.  It is when I am most productive and I love how the school is quiet and I can hog the copy machine for as long as I like!

Now it is your turn to try to guess my Two Truths and a Lie.  Write your thoughts in the comment section and I will share the answer in three days.

Join in on the fun and link up with us.  Tell us your "Two Truths and a Lie"

  16. I'm going to guess #3, Diana! I think you're fooling us all and you're actually late to everything. I can relate. I swear, I'm organized and generally "on top of it" but I have no concept of time. I always underestimate, even when I try to overestimate!! Oye. I'm hopeless. :) Thank for hosting such a fun linky!

  25. I think #2 also! #3 sounds so familiar to me! My Dad said it all the time!

  26. #1 is my guess. My band director taught me the early is on time and on time is late motto when I was in elementary, so it definitely sounds believable. :)
